RoomNameInput - Migrate setNativeProps to state

Details

setNativeProps will not be supported in the post-Fabric world (docs). Removing it's usage is a prerequisite to enable Fabric in #8503
I'm creating multiple PRs to migrate it's usage. This is one of many.

Usage of setNativeProps is migrated to state, and RoomNameInput was modified to support controlled inputs using value prop.

Tests

This step is not applicable for QA - Room name input

1. Prerequisite - comment out the validations in ReportSettingsPage
2. Click on green fab icon (+)
3. Create a new room with the name "foo"
4. Repeat step 1, and create a new room with the name "bar" in the same workspace as room "foo".
5. Go to room "bar" -> Room settings
6. Rename it to "foo"
7. Click Save
8. Click the "X" mark after RBR error.
9. Verify that room name input is now back to "bar".
