fix: 11584 web jump to unread message

Details

• Currently, the logic scroll to unread message is using scrollToBottom function.
• Function ReportScrollManager.scrollToIndex isn't work correctly in web because it has different behavior scroll from native.
• This PR fixes behavior scroll on web.

1. Go to any chat
2. Click at Mark as Unread
3. Click on New Messages button
4. Clicking "new messages" should jump directly to the message marked as Unread
