Simply reverts an SVG library bump, which introduced some issues specifically on Android

Tests

Test the cases which are known to have caused this crash

• Open the app and stay on the LHN for 10-20 seconds
• Use the FAB to complete the RequestMoney flow against any user
• Open your profile page in the settings menu
• Start a new chat with a user that has a non-default profile image
• The app should not crash at any point
• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
