LGTM, gonna leave it for @roryabraham to review though since I don't really have too much context on this change

Can we start with a 20 minute timeout? It seems very unlikely that any |
@roryabraham How about 30 minutes and 3 retires? When I've been talking with the guys they said that it usually takes over 20 minutes to finish the command |
@staszekscp 30min x 3 sounds good, but why is |
@roryabraham We believe that it's due to the fact that a lot of libraries are installed from GitHub instead of npm, although we cannot say for sure ATM. |
@roryabraham It could be related to their work, and packages they must download. I didn't had these problems while I was building apps. Maybe @WoLewicki or @j-piasecki would know more about the reasons? |

@staszekscp @WoLewicki It would be really helpful if you can keep [NO QA] in the Issue title for such issues which do not require QA in Staging |

Wojtek and Jakub working on the migration to new architecture spotted that
npm cicommand on GitHub Action fails repeatedly. It is caused by fact, that right now it takes sometimes over 20 minutes to installnode_modulesand slows down testing. After local changes it turned out that the only thing to be changes is to increase the timeout fornpm cicommand.cc: @roryabraham
