QA Steps

1. Start a new chat with a user you never chat before
2. Go back
3. Verify the chat subtitle text is This is the beginning of your chat with ... (Aquí comienzan tus conversaciones con in Spanish)
4. Open Settings > Workspaces > New workspace. It will create 2 empty default room chat.
5. Go back to home
6. Verify the room chat subtitle text is 'No activity yet' (Sin actividad todavía in Spanish)

• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG)

Yeah let's keep then for now to be (relatively) consistent with the previous behavior. Honestly that text gets cut off early enough that it's unlikely people will see them anyway.
