QA Steps

1. Go to Settings>Preferences and toggle on "Simulate failing network requests"
2. Open any chat
3. Send an image attachment
4. Wait for a few seconds (I think 3 seconds is enough)
5. Go back to Settings>Preferences and toggle off "Simulate failing network requests"
6. Go to the previous chat and wait until the error shows
7. Verify there is a red dot in LHN
8. Delete the attachment
9. Verify the red dot in LHN is gone

• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))
• If the PR modifies code that runs when editing or sending messages, I tested and verified there is no unexpected behavior for all supported markdown - URLs, single line code, code blocks, quotes, headings, bold, strikethrough, and italic.

I decided to not revert the error when the delete request fails because if the request fails, the delete request will have it's own error. This is the same thing we do with delete workspace
