[Accessible Pressable] fix checking current field on undefined ref in BaseGenericPressable

Details

When onPress is called ref can be undefined, before when checking if (ref.current) error has been occurring.
onPress is being called from multiple places, thus we have to check if component is disabled in the onPressHandler
