I don't think we should, Which means it will allow only one request at a time. in fact the login page should be changed to similar to this, since there is ongoing issue here

For the login page if you see the Resend text is different from the Button. Hence, we show that. I think the current change in the PR looks good with both success and error scenarios.

We can use Animated View, we can start the animations inside the componentDidUpdate but should we do it? I think it will be heavy for only the component and won't be clean because it's not generic solution. IMO the animation should be independent inside reusable components.
