Details

Use the height coming from withWindowDimensions (based on the Dimensions API) to work around some Safari bugs.

Before merging, on macOS Safari:

• Open some modal, for example enter "Settings"
• Start resizing the window
• Verify that the modal keeps taking 100% of the screen's height

After merging, on staging, on iOS Safari:

• Open a page with a Smart App Banner, for example the root page (the list of chats)
• Open a modal without a Smart App Banner, for example enter the "(+)" > "Request money" page
• Verify that the modal takes 100% of the screen's height

Add this to After merging, on staging, on iOS Safari steps

Precondition - There is an IOU present between users A & B (to create an IOU, request money from another user). Open Details Pane of the IOU and grab the URL. Make sure you are logged out on mWeb (use an incognito window).

• Open IOU link in mWeb.
• Login with account of user A or B
• Verify IOU details are completely displayed and fit the screen

It seems you cannot really reproduce that issue literally as it was reported, as IOUDetailsModal was removed a few days ago.

But the essence of the problem on the technical level remains, and can be easily observed on the "Request Money" modal:
