Tests

1. Go to the new chat page from the fab icon
2. In desktop web and native devices, verify if the search input is focused then it should remain focused when any member is selected.
3. In mWeb, verify that selecting a member should not focus the search input again thus fixing the "keyboard popping" bug
4. Follow steps 2 and 3 for the workspace invite member page.

  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))
• If the PR modifies code that runs when editing or sending messages, I tested and verified there is no unexpected behavior for all supported markdown - URLs, single line code, code blocks, quotes, headings, bold, strikethrough, and italic.

This caused a regression #22036. After we re-enabled the auto focus feature the transition lagged and caused a visual glitch. We should have delayed the focus until the transition is complete.
