Prevent potential duplication of adding the event listeners

Details

Refactor componentDidUpdate to prevent calling the addEventListeners multiple times.

Previously, it was theoretically possible:
we could call the this.addEventListeners() twice (when isFocused and disabled are changed at the same time from (false/true) to (true/false).

The listeners wouldn't be registered multiple times anyway (slack thread), because we use named functions. We introduce this change because calling multiple times this method would cause some unnecessary calculations.

Tests

Web/Desktop/mWeb iOS:

• Add console logging, when event listeners are added/removed.
• Log in to the account
• Select a report
• Drag and drop a file to the report - check if you can add a file
• Navigate between several threads - check in the console, if the event listeners are appropriately added/removed
• Drag and drop a file in a different report
• Open settings
• Try to drag and drop a file - it should not be possible.

mWeb Android:
I couldn't find the drag-and-drop option on my Android device.

iOS/Android:
Those platforms are not affected by this PR and don't have drag-and-drop functionality.

Offline tests

Checked if the drag-and-drop works offline.

QA Steps

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
• Select a report
• Drag and drop a file, send it
• Do it again on a few other reports.
• Open settings (or other modal).
• Try to drag and drop a file - it should not display a drag-and-drop modal.

  • All JSX used for rendering exists in the render method
  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions
• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))
