[NO-QA] Add core-js polyfill for pdfjs to support older Chrome & Safari versions

Details

pdfjs (a dependency of react-js which we use in PDFViewer) uses Array.prototype.at() which is only supported on newer versions of both Chrome (2021-07-20 release) and Safari (v15.4, 2022-03-15). Especially for Safari it seems worth supporting as it's highly likely that people may be stuck on an unsupported version.

Tests

• iOS - use a simulator with iOS 15 (for access to Safari <=15.3)
• Android - use an AVD with API 31 (i.e. Android 12)
• Desktop - download an older version of chrome (I used 92.0.4473.0). Linux here, Mac here - it's probably safest to run in a VM or using the --user-data-dir flag to avoid corrupting any existing profiles. I also needed to add --disable-gpu --no-sandbox flags to get it working.

1. Open NewDot on an older version of Chrome (<=92.0.4473.0) or Safari (<=15.3).
2. Verify that the error key.split(...).at is not a function does not appear in the console

  • Any internal methods bound to this are necessary to be bound (i.e. avoid this.submit = this.submit.bind(this); if this.submit is never passed to a component event handler like onClick)
  • All JSX used for rendering exists in the render method
  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions
• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))
