Adds a call to our App.reconnectApp() action for Android that will refresh the app when the push notification is received in the background

5. Verify you see the logs for receiving the push notification in the background and calling ReconnectApp command

Tests well on Android, but I'm unable to test push notifications on iOS without the certs. Is it all good to proceed without, given it's no-op on everything but Android?

Yeah that's fine. The iOS test is really just re-verifying existing behavior and I've tested it pretty well on my end.
