Bump onyx version [NO QA]

Details

A new code has been merged to the main branch of Onyx, and the version of Onyx has increased. Bumping the Onyx version.

Also, the Onyx version seems to not have been updated for a long time. That's why the version of Onyx jumps from 52 to 57 in this PR.

Additionally, npm i reordered some of the items in the dependencies filed

Some Jest tests are failing. Investigating them now

Asked a question here. Onyx version hasn't been bumped for some time, and any of the changes introduced so far can cause the tests fail

The onyx version is bumped here in this PR so I'm closing this. there was a big change in Onyx recently that made it necessary to change the code in App, too. That caused the test failures here because the updated App code is not included here.
