Details

This is a regression fix of #22760. We integrated react-window and this library does not support by default scrolling by keyboard arrows. These changes allows browsers to focus on a list component to get a default and smooth browser behaviour.

Tests

1. Have own or download this large.pdf.
2. Open any chat.
3. Click on "+" (actions) to the left of Composer.
4. Click on "Add attachment".
5. Select the pdf file.
6. Verify that "Send attachment" modal previews the file correctly.
7. Click on a page to focus.
8. Verify that you are able to scroll up/down via keyboard up/down arrows.
9. Click on "Send".
10. Click on the attachment you just sent.
11. Verify that "Attachment" modal previews the file correctly.
12. Verify that you are able to scroll up/down via keyboard up/down arrows.

NOTE: Safari does not support to scroll by the Keyboard Viewer. Once you open it, you should quit Safari and launch again (close the the Keyboard Viewer as well). It means only a real keyboard works with Safari to scroll by the arrows.
