Fix proxy setting so that the static map for Distance Request is loaded on dev

Details

• Proxy settings in webpack.dev.js file was giving error due to which /receipts path was not accessible

Tests

1. Open up any workspace then Request Money for a Distance Request.
2. After Adding all the necessary data for Distance Request confirm and proceed.
3. Now when the Distance Request Preview is loading in Chat, now verify that distance preview image loads correctly (instead of infinite loader).

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Open up any workspace then Request Money for a Distance Request.
2. After Adding all the necessary data for Distance Request confirm and proceed.
3. Now in Offline Distance Request is not updated at that moment but it will update when user comes back online (currently this takes time).

QA Steps

1. Open up any workspace then Request Money for a Distance Request.
2. After Adding all the necessary data for Distance Request confirm and proceed.
3. Now when the Distance Request Preview is loading in Chat, now verify that distance preview image loads correctly (instead of infinite loader).
