[CP Staging] fix: change the contentContainerStyle for the DistanceRequest scroll view

Details

This fixes scrolling on the Distance request screen for devices with smaller screens such as the first generation iPhone SE.

Tests

1. Launch the app on a small screen device (iPhone SE 1st gen or Nexus 4) and tap / click on the FAB
2. Select Request money
3. Select the Distance tab
4. Attempt to scroll to the bottom of the screen
5. Verify that the view is scrollable all the way to the bottom and the Next button is completely visible

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
