Fix user display name is changed to their login after doing a money request

Details

Currently, when we make a money request with a user we never chatted before, we will create an optimistic personal detail. However, it's possible that we have the user personal detail without chatting with them.

1. Open the request money page
2. Enter any amount and press next
3. Select any user with a display name set that you never chatted with before
4. Confirm the request. You will be navigated to the selected user chat/report page.
5. Verify the user display name doesn't change to the user's login (email/phone no.)
