This PR fixes the extra margin on the address page of the personal details

PROPOSAL:

• Refactor get physical card flow margins in order to fix the extra padding of 20px on address form.

Tests

1. Go to Settings > Profile > Personal Details
2. Click on Address
3. Notice the padding is no longer present

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
