[NoQA] Use --mode instead of --configuration to fix npm run ios

Details

It seems like when updating react native we updated the React Native CLI version, which now does not have the --configuration flag on iOS, so I updated it to the new --mode flag.

error: unknown option '--configuration=DebugDevelopment'
