Hmm bummer. We made updates to our CORS policy yesterday so there's a slight chance the issue you linked to might be fixed. I'll give it a try since I already started the build anyway.

The steps are basically:

1. Create a workspace chat
2. Upload a receipt
3. Go offline (it doesn't matter if the receipt is still in the "scanning" state, or fails, or finishes scanning)
4. Switch to any other chat
5. Switch back to the original chat
6. Make sure the receipt preview shows the receipt image
