Tests

1. Log in in the app

2. Start the Request money, "Scan" receipt flow

3. Upload a corrupted file, example: , you can use an online tool to corrupt a file (example: https://corrupt-a-file.net/)

4. Verify that after the upload fails the user sees a RBR in iou report preview

5. Verify that the error message explaining that the file was not uploaded is displayed only in the iou action that correspond to the receipt request.

Adding some points that aren't raised from this PR but just mentioning what I have noticed.

1. For android native uploading a corrupt image throws a console warning and won't get uploaded, we have an issue for it here Android - IOU - Nothing happens when you select corrupted jpg file in SmartScan/no error message #38389

2. For new iou report error isn't shown and due to that user can't dismiss it, It isn't raised from this PR but also reproducible in main.

Also, we are not able to reproduce that issue.
