This PR adds updating the policy owner on request change owner flow success action.

2. Open paid workspace as an admin who is not an owner
3. Open members page
4. Press on the owner
5. Press the "Transfer owner" button
6. Fill payment card details and confirm all the checks if necessary
7. After seeing Success page, check if the owner has changed to yourself

@luacmartins Opened the PR - still can't open workspace on mobile devices as in the previous PR (seems like the regression is still not fixed) so I couldn't add videos for all platforms.
