[CP Stg] Fix assignment of selectedItemIndex in PopoverMenu

Details

This PR fixes the issue of selecting list items in PopoverMenu using the enter button on the keyboard. Because the assignment of a value to selectedItemIndex was done after onItemSelected() was called, the value of selectedItemIndex in onModalHide() was null. Assigning a value to selectedItemIndex before calling onItemSelected solves the problem.
