[Wave Collect][Xero] Tracking categories fixes

Solves three issues:

1. Tracking categories use Xero contact default by default, but the push input reads: Imported, displayed as tags. It should read Imported when that is selected (slack thread).

2. Highlighted row overlaps the toggle on the Tracking Categories page (slack thread).
   

3. Currently selected import method is not highlighted in the Tracking Categories select list, only has a green checkmark:

Tests

Pre-requisite:

• Workspace with Xero account integrated with tracking categories.

Steps

1. Login with a user who already has the Xero account setup.
2. Go to Workspace having Xero connection -> Accounting -> Import.
3. Verify you see Imported for the Tracking Categories option. If it shows Not imported, then import the categories first and verify if you see Imported (previously it showed Imported, as Tags)
4. Click on the menu options.
5. Verify on hover of the menu items doesn't overlap with the Import button switch.
6. Click on the Cost center and Region options.
7. Verify the selected option is also highlighted along with the green checkmark.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
