We don't need to include warmup results into final measurements, because sometimes an HTTP request that we are going to cache can take 8s to complete (main app) and next time only 2s (delta app). In this case we will have a significant difference and anomaly in our dataset.
If we run tests relatively small amount of time (like 8x), then we may have a false positives (like performance was improved/degraded) though in fact it was unchanged.
In this PR I added a function that gives an ability to the server to ignore all incoming test results - we call it when we run warmup, and when we are going to run real tests we enable tracking back.
