Disable autocomplete when selecting block

Details

Closes the autocomplete popover if we select a chunk or the whole text. This applies for emoji and mention suggestions.
Fixes regression coming from: #42630

4. Verify that the popover with suggestions closes as soon as you select 1 or more characters
