This PR will add functionality to display a 'Scanning...' message on the Merchant and Total fields of a scan request for the new search page.

Scan Request:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit a scan expense.
4. While the receipt is scanning, go to Search.

• Verify that 'Scanning...' message is displayed on Merchant and Total fields

5. After receipt finishes scanning return back to Search page

• Verify that the scan result is displayed on Merchant and Total fields instead of 'Scanning...' message

Manual Request:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit a manual expense.
4. Go to Search page.

• Verify that the entered amount and merchant is displayed on Merchant and Total fields instead of 'Scanning...' message
