Hmm @ikevin127 are you talking about just the automated Deployed to <environment> messages? I can see that https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/production/src/libs/ConnectionUtils.ts exists in staging which came from this PR, so I'm pretty sure this did get to prod, just the automated deployment message didn't get posted (it's def not a perfect system)

@Beamanator I did not know that it got to production, usually when the Deploy Checklist is closed, the PR goes to staging and usually 1-2 days later it goes to production.

If it did get to production, there are two issues here:

1. We didn't get any "deployed to production" message from the automation.
2. Because of ^, the issue did not get the HOLD for Payment and corresponding labels - issue is still labeled as Reviewing and Weekly.

Either ^ that or it didn't reach production yet. Can you please help sort this out ?
