[CP Staging] Fix report from another workspace persists after switching workspace

When switching WS, the chat from other WS still shows. This PR fix it.

Prerequisite: have at least 2 workspaces

(web/desktop)

1. Open the first workspace chat (#admins, #announce, etc.)
2. Open the workspace switcher page
3. Switch to the second workspace
4. Verify the first workspace chat doesn't show anymore

can't switch WS while a report is shown, so just make sure the WS switching still works
