[No QA] Add log for MarkAsUnread server crash

Details

I am investigating a server crash caused by passing -1 as the reportID for MarkAsUnread. I only have limited context about what's causing it, and suspect it may be related to #47659.

For now, I don't think it's the most critical problem to solve because we don't have any bug report from an end user. So I'm adding this server log and will check back in in a few weeks to see if the log line is still being hit. If it is, then I'll create an E/App issue to follow up.
