[HOLD on #48160] fix: autoGrow prop on mobile is handled by native platform

Details

Right now we have custom code for auto grow width behavior that renders a hidden text view, measures it, and then applies the width to the visible text view. This is needed for web where auto growing is not implemented, however, on mobile its part of the platform text input to automatically grow. Thus this code can be removed, which in return fixes a few issues we are having (due to delayed updates)

Note: This works theoretically, but there seems to be another bug in react native's TextInput component causing a UI glitch.
