iOS: Clear temp pasted files

Explanation of Change

A follow up for #41239.

Problem: On iOS pasted files are copied as temporarily files (so that we can provide a direct uri) however I found out that those temp files are not cleared at all (unless the OS needs that space).

Solution: Instead of using the app temp folder directly (NSTemporaryDirectory) use the one provided by react-native (RCTTempFilePath). The latter is cleared on next initialization (clearing the previous temp files).

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
