QA Steps

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Navigate to any chat.
3. Open the emoji picker.
4. Scroll down to a different emoji category (any category other than the first).
5. Enter a letter in the search input field of the emoji picker.
6. Observe the behavior as the search results load.
7. Verify that as each letter is typed in the search input, the emoji picker updates automatically to display relevant emoji results without briefly showing empty categories. Note: If you previously scrolled very far down in the list, it may appear empty when scrolling back up.
