Explanation of Change

This is a first batch of fixes for warnings/errors in dev console. This issue will fix:

• Animated: useNativeDriver is not supported because the native animated module is missing. Falling back to JS-based animation. To resolve this, add RCTAnimation module to this app, or remove useNativeDriver. Make sure to run bundle exec pod install first. • Electron Security Warning (Insecure Content-Security-Policy) This renderer process has either no Content Security Policy set or a policy with "unsafe-eval" enabled. This exposes users of this app to unnecessary security risks.For more information and help, consult https://electronjs.org/docs/tutorial/security. This warning will not show up once the app is packaged.
• Warning: Function components cannot be given refs. Attempts to access this ref will fail. Did you mean to use React.forwardRef()?
  Check the render method of ViewRenderer.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
