Explanation of Change

We need to bump react-native-live-markdown because there were several fixes introduced in the library, as part of keeping E/App up to date.

Also quite soon we would like to add worklets to this library which will unblock: #50949
This version is a step that has to be done before that.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

I think we can go ahead with out. We'd know pretty fast into regression if there's something wrong and this would be an easy revert, so I don't think we need to run regression tests on an adhoc build
