Display 'Make default payment method' option for the first bank account without requiring a refresh after adding the second account

Explanation of Change

After adding a new payment method, the Make default payment method, was not showing on the previously default payment method without page refresh, with this PR, it will show without page refresh.

Tests

1. Log in to an account that has no existing bank accounts.
2. Navigate to Settings > Wallet, click Add Bank Account > Personal Bank Account.
3. In the Plaid modal:
   • Search for and select Wells Fargo Bank.
   • Enter valid credentials (e.g., user_good / pass_good) and complete the account addition process.
4. Verify the following:
   • The newly added bank account is not marked as the default.
     because, default badge is not displayed when only one bank account exists.
5. Add a second bank account:
   • Follow the same steps to add a second account, selecting Chase Bank this time.
6. Confirm that the "Make default payment method" option is displayed in the three-dot menu for the first bank account added, without requiring a page refresh.
7. Delete the current default account:
   • Verify that the "Make default payment method" option is no longer displayed for the remaining account.
