The PR is introducing a temporary patch for facebook/react-native#47671 until the new feature is officially released.

Note: the fix is for iPads!

1. Tap on FAB.
2. Select Submit Expense.
3. Try to enter value with multiple numbers e.g. "3456".
4. Verify that the the user should be able to continuously input numbers in the Amount field without any interruptions, and all taps on the numeric keyboard should be properly registered. The "Next" button should remain fully accessible.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
