We need to hide physical cards that haven't been issued or haven't been activated from cards filter page and card: search autocomplete.

3. Go to workspace settings > Expensify Card.
4. Assign a physical card to yourself.
5. Assign a virtual card to yourself (to make physical card appear in Card list later).
6. Go to Reports.
7. Click Filters.
8. Click Card.
9. Expected Result:
10. Physical card should not be displayed in the cards list when it is not activated.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
