1. Open any chat.
2. Send a message containing at least 2 lines of emojis and no text. For example:

3. Long tap or right-click on the message you just sent and select "Edit comment".
4. Verify that the edit composer appears smoothly without a jump. This is how it should NOT be: video.
5. Verify that the edit composer is fully displayed, e.g. the bottom part is not hidden under the main composer.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

Just noticed that the composer is also not fully visible after removing all the normal text so the message contains only emojis.

@CyberAndrii I see a lot of changes that we didn't discuss after your discovery. Can you explain this changes, and I see couple of newly added requestAnimationFrame codes. Are you sure these changes does not effect the performance of the app. I am just not sure about applying this much new changes that we didn't discuss on proposal first.
