Removes the two last instances of gpg signed files and moves them to 1Password.

Tests

I verified that desktop built successfully via AdHoc and verified that the app was correctly notarized. There were no security warnings and the Taccy app confirmed it was signed, notarized, and hardened correctly.

QA Steps

• Verify that you do not see any security errors when installing the MacOS desktop app
• Verify that you do not see any security errors when opening the MacOS desktop app for the first time
