Explanation of Change

There are two user flows that ask user to ensure that his primary contact method is an email (instead of phone number). This PR adds linking from info messages to exact place where user can change default contact method. This simplifies user flow as he does not have to leave his current page and look for proper settings page.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
