[No QA] Improve the check and add additional logging

Explanation of Change

This PR:

• Updates read function to always unblock SignInWithSupportAuthToken call, the same way we do it for SignInWithShortLivedAuthToken
• Adds additional logging when the API call is skipped because of the support token is used, as well as when reauthentication is blocked when authentication with the support token is in progress.
