Explanation of Change

Previously, when anonymous users pressed the Sign In button from the public report footer, the SignInModal would pop up without animation due to a navigation-related problem that occurred while providing the onPress argument as the signOutAndRedirectToSignIn prop shouldResetToHome. After the change, the redundant Navigation.resetToHome() no longer occurs when pressed.

Tests

All platforms need to be tested except iOS native and Android native (since this flow doesn't exist there yet).

1. Make sure to be logged out of your account.
2. Open public room page via deep link (e.g. https://dev.new.expensify.com:<PORT_NUMBER>/r/5583419180793784).
3. Click the Sign In button in the footer.
4. Verify that the modal slides out with animation.
