  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

Can you please add unit tests for all the methods where a new parameter was added to them? Or, at least makes sure there is an existing unit tests that is updated to also test the new parameter.

@tgolen I understand we're adding new parameters to many functions. However, the functions that have had parameters added are only intermediate functions that pass the parameters down to canUserPerformWriteAction. Therefore, I think we only need to add a unit test for the canUserPerformWriteAction function (which directly uses isReportArchived). I plan to add it in the final PR of this issue for adding and updating unit tests.
