OpenSearchFiltersCardPage is now redundant because the data that it returns cards_ is already returned by OpenSearchPage

• The OpenSearchFiltersCardPage API should be removed too

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
