Use correct custom units for both Distance Rate and PerDiem during duplication

Explanation of Change

Per diem feature should be enabled on the duplicated workspace and use correct unit rates.

We still need to get this working in online mode with changes on BE. For now we could only test Optimistic data in offline mode

• Precondition: Workspace has imported per diem rates and enabled Per diem feature. Go offline before submitting the form

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Workspaces.
3. Click 3-dot menu on the workspace.
4. Click Duplicate workspace.
5. Click Next > Continue.
6. Go to the duplicated workspace settings.
7. Verify that perDiem option is selected
8. Open PerDiem page - verify that unit rates are shown

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
