fix:74387: Guard against missing keys in currentFeatureStates to avoid incorrect state updates

Explanation of Change

This PR adds a check in WorkspaceInitialPage to see if the key we take in the loop from policy?.pendingFields is present in the elements displayed in the sideBar. This is necessary so that if one action results in two updates in policy?.pendingFields, where one value is in the sideBar and the other is not, the animation of the appearance in the sideBar works correctly for the value that is in it.
