[No QA] Add automated tests for showing GBR when a copilot logs into an admin account with reports awaiting approval

Explanation of Change

This PR adds the complementary FE tests for Auth PR https://github.com/Expensify/Auth/pull/18182 to ensure that a GBR is shown when a user copilots into an account with a report pending approval. Backend sends hasOutstandingChildRequest as true for such reports. So, the added tests check for that.
