Explanation of Change

We currently only support USD currency for wallet payment. This PR will allow users with GR currencies to pay with wallet.

QA Steps

Prerequisite:

• Account A has at least one workspace.
• Account B default currency is GR currencies (USA, GBP, CA, AU, EUR).
• Account A has never paid any IOU from Account B.

1. Account B requests an IOU from Account A.
2. Login with Account A and open that IOU.
3. Click on Pay button of that IOU.
4. Verify that you can see the Pay with workspace options.
5. Verify that you can see the Pay with personal account option.
6. Go to Reports and select that IOU, click on bulk option > Pay.
7. Verify that you can see the Pay with workspace options.
8. Verify that you can see the Pay with personal account option.

I don't think it's related to BE changes (Cause we were creating the workspace offline). I believe it's related to optimistic data of createWorkspaceFromIOUPayment function. But it's not related to current changes so we can create a separated issue for it (After this PR is merged).
